We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, and phone number. Through Open Banking (powered by TrueLayer), we access read-only transaction data from your connected bank accounts. We never see your bank login credentials.

We use your transaction data solely to calculate your Safe-to-Spend number. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use your contact information to send you your weekly SMS and important service updates.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All bank connections are made through TrueLayer, an FCA-regulated Open Banking provider.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can disconnect your bank accounts and delete your account from the Settings page.
